College students get stressed during the holidays because they need to do a lot of things for school. But that defies the purpose of having a vacation, right? Create A List Of What To Do
If there a lot of things that you need to accomplish before you go back to school, make sure that you write it down first. That way you won’t forget it.

That’s because you are enjoying your time with your friends and family members, and you won’t be able to remember everything. Make sure that you list the tasks down. We understand that there are a lot of tasks to do. But that doesn’t mean that you should do it all at once. The solution for that is to prioritize. See the tasks which are important and have tighter deadlines. Work on that first and then move towards the end of your list.

Exercising could really help in terms of reducing your stress levels. If you can walk around your neighborhood or walk your dog or spend time jogging around the block, then that’s all good.
Break Down Your Tasks
Who says that you have to work on your challenging report in one sitting? The key is to breakdown your big task into smaller subtasks. This is a technique that productive people use so that they won’t be overwhelmed.
Eat Healthily
Obviously, it’s a season for a lot of feasts and you would see a lot of food offerings. Most of them are not healthy so to speak. And as much as it is tempting to eat all the foods and sweets right on your table, you should be able to control yourself and just learn how to eat in small portions.
Take note that whatever you eat could influence not just your physique but also your mental and emotional health. And if you are eating the wrong types of foods, it could have a direct effect on how you feel every day. But of course, we’re not saying that you should skip your favorite pizza or burger. You deserve that once in a while. Again, it’s all about balance.
Talk To People You Trust
If you think that your semester was too much to take, and you are too stressed, then it is ideal that you talk to someone whom you truly trust. Try to share with them your feelings and your thoughts. And who knows if they could help you.
