Omelet in a Cup

- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of ham (diced)
- ½ bell pepper (diced)
- ¼ cup spinach
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
To make this meal, simply put all the ingredients in a microwavable cup and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After the one-minute mark, stir and then continue until done. Just make sure that the egg does not bubble over.
Macaroni And Cheese
This brings you back to the time your mom used to make it. An all-American classic that has been a favorite for generations. In order to make this, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup elbow macaroni
- 3 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh chives
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
To prepare this dish, mix the macaroni, salt and water in a microwavable mug and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the excess water and aff your cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.

If carbo-loading is your thing, then this recipe is right for you. For the ingredients, prepare for the following:
- 1 pc potato
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 2 slices of bacon
- ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Fresh chives
Before preparing this meal, make sure that you wash and scrub your potato to thoroughly clean.
Next, using a fork, poke holes in the potato, then rub with oil and salt. Place the potato along with the bacon slices and microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until the bacon turns crispy and the potato becomes tender.
Once cooked, crumble the bacon, slice the potato in half, and use a fork to fluff up the inside of the potato. Sprinkle the cheese on top, then put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. As a final touch, top the potato with your sour cream, crushed bacon, and chives, and you are good to go.
Chicken Quesadilla
Who says you can’t do Mexican in a microwave? Have a taste of Mexican cuisine with this microwave-prepped chicken quesadilla. To make this meal, you need to prepare:
- ½ cup chicken strips, cooked
- 2 medium flour tortillas
- ½ bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Put your tortillas in the microwave and cook until it is slightly crisp. Using a bowl, mix the chicken, taco seasoning, and peppers.
And then, using the microwave again, cook for 2 minutes until the peppers are soft. Spread your chicken mixture evenly on the tortilla and cover with cheese. Once done, cover top it with the other tortilla and cook for another 1 minute. Now bring out those salsa and guacamole to enjoy it even better.
Chicken BBQ Nachos

- ¼ cup of rotisserie chicken
- 2 large handfuls of Tortilla chips
- 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup green onion thinly sliced
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
This meal is very easy to do as you simply need to mix the chicken with the barbecue sauce then spread it evenly over the tortilla chips. Top it with the cheese, green onion, and pico de gallo and microwave it for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
